Located in the picturesque inner suburbs of Victoria, the team at Eat.Bathe.Live are behind the design of these two beautiful residences in Balwyn and Brighton. The stunning spaces feature our very popular, minimal Magik pendant and Toledo pendant lights.

Balwyn is famed for its quiet oak-lined streets and luxury living, while the coastal suburb of Brighton is living at its finest and most tranquil. Both designs take cues from their surroundings, making effective use of lighting to complements the designs.
